Authentic inclusion changes everything.
Most of us want to be inclusive; a lot of us just don’t know how. But it’s 2024, and that’s no longer an excuse.
Kello Inclusive is Canada’s missing link that the industry has been looking for. Hire our talent, hire us - we all have so much to offer by way of diversity, advocacy and expertise; together we’ll piece together what you need to ensure your project is truly inclusive.
Representation matters because when a person sees themselves represented fully and fairly in the world they live in, they know they matter. Being inclusive means taking the time to listen, learn, and adapt. We’ve heard the words 'authenticity' and 'inclusion' used so much over the last few years, but in bringing the true meaning of these words to any project we’re involved in, it has become clear that this movement needs to happen, and it needs to happen now.
Kello exists to make that change and to be that link that the industry is looking for to make the leap towards true, authentic inclusion.
The first step was building a roster of talent with disabilities, neurodiversities, and visual differences. The next step was showing the industry the possibilities. Now we’re on our way to becoming Canada’s go-to inclusion experts, helping casting directors, businesses and industry professionals to make their projects authentically inclusive.
This is important and necessary work.
